November 30 EMag
September 06 A Dweller of Dumbfoundland Pt.1 The unoccasioned origin of life, the month-long nurishments from creamy cookies, if there is something else that could count as a direct reason for writing a new piece, that would be the onerousness of staying-alone.
Of the many things I wanted to confess, the severest is that I'm not a proper rule-follower. Once in this summer vacation I caught on a Japanese TV sitcom called <Dragon Zakura>. A group of grade-E students are instructed under a specially organized team of teachers to secure their admittance in Tokyo University. A conclusive speech by the team of teachers after one of the mock-exams contains these strikingly illuminating lines, "Rule-followers are the type of person TU wanted...and it is that kind of people who is, in most cases, simultaneously creative and ingenious." It is quite the truth. To surpass rules, you must make them true to you first(adapted from the sayings of Batman Begins--to overcome fear, you must become fear itself). This maybe hard to follow since most of the rules are not explicitly phrased and seems opaque in our inherent knowledge. 但是,跳出这愈辩愈繁的圈子(stop pretending that I'm paranoid or schizophrenic),从“聪明的小朋友”的观点来看,它们肯定是同一个人。 This is a rather simple case to show that I'm not a proper rule-follower, and one which, fortunately, the right answer is accessible to me. However, things are far less tangible when dealing with more advanced challenges like a certain exam in the college years or questions to be orally answered. I would stuck in some of the self-imagined detours and get heavily astray, even though the answers are completely within my grasp. Besides, distraction is my next harshest enemy in concentration, like when reading. Even though it truly brought me epiphanies from a novel combination in my repertoire of knowledge, for whatever kind it may be, it breaks the line of reasoning from the rulemakers, who, in this case, is the author of the book. What's worse, it could happen at any time, even in exams. This does affect my responses to the questions and I would, therefore, more often than not, skate over the main issue that are required to address and hunt down the things just conceived like crazy(like arcing in the brain). Similar things can happen whether in situation critical or daily routines, like once-in-a-lifetime exams, cycling, etc. I easily got stuck by an attractor, in the theory of chaos. So I decide to venture into Dumbfoundland, where I expect to come upon sth that truly suits me, or more specifically, my LOGIC. September 09 Let's Get Lost It's to be envied to be alone, sometimes.
Now that more than 6 billion are born with the identity of man, among which few are acquainted with yourself, so it's fairly convenient to get lost, intentionally. You can cower at the corner of a bookshelf in the library, enjoying an easy read alongside a stranger A; You may deviate the main road or make a detour around the populated destination to be kept unseen; Or if you be daring, patronize a relatively high-standard eat-out or drink-out at some place your peers wouldn't normally go. But the ultimate approach is, just as I did, to go to a place far far away.
Here I came, into the deep south, to reconstruct my social atmosphere: a new batch of friends, sharing a sphere of interest just as the old ones did; a line of shops, selling things with no marked contrast to the old ones; a series of activities, more or less the same as the old ones except nuances in financial flexibility; loads of enchanting books, bearing the truth that is simultaneously accredited around the world.
Before long, as the wavefront the dewdrop occasioned reaches the others, I will not be alone any more.
So it's to be envied to be alone, sometimes. March 31 A Letter to Umberto EcoDear Mr. Eco, I’ve finally made up my mind writing to you after nearly a year of struggle against my busy study and the enrichment of my own thoughts. When I’m a high school senior two years ago, I began to notice, with exhilaration and ecstasy, something curious about the things and conceptions floating around me and mingling in the conversation we took part in. That is, a profound similarity between the conceptions we are familiar with in our lives. It is not just similes, metaphors, analogies we are fed on to strengthen our understanding or simply for a joke, or bigger coated truth like that in the Truman Show as a witty deception. It is, in addition, the archetypes that came far from our subliminal realms, and which have generally been distorted and exaggerated by the inadequate interpretation and reiteration of languages and rituals. The time has come for us to organize the facts in different orders of similarity, by which I mean the degree of similarity, and grasp what they commonly possess as archetypes.
I would like to set an example for this: Things related to “Repulsion” (an assumed archetype) include Xenophobia, The repulsion of the same electric charges, Allergy, Excommunication, Vomit, Trepidation, Hatred, Hermeticism/Anti-social, Insulation, Blindness/Deafness, Waterproof, Anorexia, Pain,
Further, we classify these conception hierarchically and yields the following chart.
As you can see this chart is far yet complete, much more detailed subgenres are to be listed and linked to form the genealogy of variegated conceptions or the diverged aspects from a single archetype. Thus a question may rise from the acceptance of shared archetypal images among groups of conceptions spanning the whole range of human knowledge, that is, whether those archetypes can be invented or can only be reinvented or rediscovered. Will the saying “Nothing comes from nothing” be proved or denounced? I found, later, in Popper’s <<Conjectures and Refutations>> that Plato had already assumed the recollection progress of human knowledge development, which is evidently in support of the saying, though a bit different from mine. I wish you may lead a team of experts from different areas of human knowledge and set up an international project if you perceive something precious in my opinion. The aim of it should be to scrutinize the archetypes of knowledge and exhaust its established derivatives in all regions of human knowledge. Waiting for good news and wish you sound and happy.

Left sucking alone;
All its bloodthirsty companions
Are hidden and gone;
No bug of its kindred,
No brethren is nigh,

To share budget for blood.
(But I'm still alive...alive for my favorite autumn).
September 14 A Miraculous Retrieval
Mind is barely understood to our consciousness as what the universe is reflected in it, you don't know what will pop up from the clouded interior as you are unable topredict the outburst of a supernova.
August 25 Pluto Was Pushed Back to Hell...(1930~2006)NASA对这则新闻用的是如下开头: “If you woke up Thursday morning and sensed something was different about the world around you, you're absolutely right. Pluto is no longer a planet.” IAU(International Astronomical Union)还提出了行星的判别方法: “...to be called a planet, an object must have three traits. It must orbit the sun, be massive enough that its own gravity pulls it into a nearly round shape, and be dominant enough to clear away objects in its neighborhood.” 这时突然想到Diablo II Lord of Destruction 第五幕里那位慈爱的老婆婆Malah说的: “Fly they might, but that certainly does not make them angels.”
Stare not with eyes of veneration, But with eyes of reason, For what they caught sight of, Get classified also… August 14 B for BourgeoisieBalaclava
值得分析的情节: 1. 影片中有好几款Nokia手机(新款的)不短的镜头… 2. 三位男主角(包括余文乐饰的石黑龙)光顾者练武没时间理发,以至于说话时快分不清看到的是脸还是后脑勺… 3. 这次传授绝世武功的人被我看像文联的老头(其实是漫画作者的客串),它出现时还用了个轮回的说教(让董洁捡佛珠),很像哈3中的驱散摄魂怪的情节。 4. 火云邪神太尽打了…他的绝招“黑级浮屠”像是开启了身上穿的加热毯… 5. 最后几乎是王小龙一人消灭的火云邪神,王小虎和石黑龙在奇侠那里学的“电光独龙钻”和“金钟罩”竟不会配合使用,枉费了。 6. 王小龙在与火云邪神决战的最后关头体验了濒死的感觉(瞬间的永恒…),并及时扭转了局面。 7. 一个那般强大的火云邪神被三人小团体消灭了,体现了全才的消亡与偏才的兴旺和集群生活的必要性… July 29 A Marvelous Recruitment今天在王府井外文书店有惊人的收获: Bantam classics系列的 《The Origin of Species》(Charles Darwin), 《Of Human Bondage》(W. Somerset Maugham) (我们曾学过Maugham的短篇《A Friend in Need》);
《The Rule of Four》(Ian Caldwell & Dustin Thomason)
Strange thing, time. It weighs most on those who have it least. Nothing is lighter than being young with the world on your shoulders; it gives you a feeling of possibility so seductive, you know there must be something more important you could be doing than studying for exams. Be it known that I, John Ruggles, of Thomaston, in the state of Maine, have invented a new and useful improvement or improvements on locomotive-engines used on railroads and common roads by which inclined planes and hills may be ascended and heavy loads drawn up the same with more facility and economy than heretofore, and by which the evil effects of frost, ice, snows, and mud on the rail causing the wheels to slide are obviated.

There's demon everywhere.
